DAY #2: “Second to None” Super Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach
1 celery stalk (washed and chopped)
1 kiwi (sliced)
1 tangerine (peeled and sliced) (I wanted to use two, as seen in the picture, but I could only fit one!)
10 green grapes
A handful of chopped walnuts
Coconut water to the max line (1/2 c)
FIRST TASTE: The spinach taste is not as strong as it was yesterday, but I can definitely taste the bitterness of the celery. The consistency is more like a juice than a smoothie because of the tangerine and green grapes. To balance the bitterness, the fruits add a subtle sweetness that is much appreciated!
